Hello, I thought this was working but the instructions I used do not seem to be. My understanding of the privacy option for:

Display: Forced privcy control
Default: Private

This would make the tab or field only visible to the user when logged in or a admin/moderator. However when logged in as a different user I can see this tab.

What else do I need to set for this to work?

Correct.

However when logged in as a different user I can see this tab.

Ensure CB Privacy within CB > Plugin Management is both public and published.

I found the plugin was set to special and changing it to public works.
