You can adjust the image sizes globally within CB > Configuration > Images or per image field basis by editing the image field within CB > Field Management. The demo site is using the following sizes globally.
Default Maximum Image Height: 200
Default Maximum Image Width: 200
Default Maximum Image Filesize: 2000
Default Maximum Thumbnail Height: 100
Default Maximum Thumbnail Width: 100
Maintain Aspect Ratio: Yes, with Cropping
Note changing these has no affect on existing images. They must be reuploaded to be resized.
