How do I configure to add new connections?

How do I configure to add new connections? was created by 4Summit

I installed the CB plug ins and can see the user profile and manage connections. The manage connections only says the number of connections a user has, but there is no button or link to add a new connection. Can you please help me configure for users to add connections? Perhaps I missed some configuration, so appreciate any help you can provide.

Did you download and read the CB Primer book?
It has a section on this.
