Likely due to page caching, which doesn't work for dynamic environments. Disable Joomlas page cache plugin then purge the cache and retry. If not using Joomlas page cache then disable whatever 3rd party caching extension you've installed. If it's only the module doing this then edit the module and specifically disable caching for that module.
