Texasmariners.com has 4 members that get blocked. Enable them and then they get blocked again. Others not renewed and within grace period are fine? Diane Luttrell and Helen Christopher are two.
You probably have free registrations without a subscription disabled in CBSubs > Settings > Global. If you do and a user expires they'll be blocked and ask to renew (if plan allows renewals) or subscribe to a different plan (if any available).
