Hello. i just need the user to upload profile image and may not able to choose from gallery. Please could you help me know how can i achieve this.

And also change the text content as described in attached image.

You can disable the gallery on a per image field basis by editing the image field within CB > Field Management then under Parameters > Image Gallery set "Allow Gallery" to "Disable".

And also change the text content as described in attached image.

Both are language strings. You can use language overrides as shown below to override and change the text to whatever you like.
