1.How to allow group moderator to edit in frontend only the one custom field data in user's profile ?
2.Is it possible without Admin Backend Interface privilages ?

Moderator should manually put the date of user's membership validity ( they use offline payment).

thx

Create a new view access level and select the usergroups you want to have moderator permissions. Next in CB > Configuration > Moderation select your new moderator view access level for "Moderators View Access Level" then set "Allow Moderators to Edit User Profiles" to "Moderators and Super Administrators Only". Your moderators should be able to edit users on frontend now.

There is no functionality edit only 1 or 2 fields. For CB moderation it's all or nothing.

You can try using CB Conditional to force it as shown in the below topic, but you need to be extremely careful with this. A profile is expected to save with core fields so things could go wrong if you block everything except 1-2 fields.
