Most likely you downloaded and installed the Joomla plugin and nothing else. CB Auto Actions comes with a Joomla and CB plugins. The Joomla plugin simply allows binding to Joomla events in CB Auto Actions and is only needed if you intend to create auto actions that do just that. The preset will always install both the Joomla and CB plugin.
