Auto Actions problem after refund was created by fede312
I had a member who accidentally paid twice; so I issue him a refund.

But now the problem is with the Auto Actions. I have the Auto Actions programmed to add a new permission level in every renewal (CB Month 1, CB Month 2, Cb Month 3 and so on...)

Because this member paid twice, now he is on CB Month 3, when he is supposed to be on CB Month 2, and on the next renewal, he'll be updated to (CB Month 4), when he is supposed to get (CB Month 3).

I could take the permission (CB Month 3) out manually, but when his subscription is renewed he'll be getting (CB Month 4) and end up with (CB month 1, CB Month 2 and CB Month 4) CB Month 3 will be skipped.

What is the procedure to fix this?

Thank you

I assume you're using a usergroup so manually changing that to the correct usergroup would be the appropriate action.

I could take the permission (CB Month 3) out manually, but when his subscription is renewed he'll be getting (CB Month 4) and end up with (CB month 1, CB Month 2 and CB Month 4) CB Month 3 will be skipped.

Why would he skip 4 month if he had 2 month? Sounds like a configuration problem in your auto action it self.
