hi.
i want change the place of forget password checkbox in the lostpassword form or even i want delete that and use two field : username and email for every user , how to do that? (i don't want only change CSS classes)
Can't be changed without altering core code, which we don't support. You can find the core HTML in the below file, but you will lose your changes every time you update CB.

No, it's not possible to modify the forgot login page with a plugin beyond inserting new inputs below the existing. You will not be able to rearrange it from a plugin.
