is it possible to set some CB field as optional for some joomlaUserGroup or some JAccess, and requiered for some other Jgroups?
for example userA must fill field X and user B can fill field X if he want?

No, it's not possible to condition the required state of a field. Your best option is to just create the field twice then use CB Conditional to condition their access to be based off usergroup or view access level with 1 being required and 1 not.

You can enable conditions in backend within CB Conditional > Parameters. You can also turn off backend validation entirely making it easier to edit profiles within CB > Configuration > User Profile by setting "Fields Validation in User Management" to "No".
