Place your fields in 3 different tabs then style the tabs divs on registration to be side by side (you can use floats, flexbox, grid, etc.. to do this) as tabs surround their fields with a tab specific div on flat registration and profile edit views. Right click and inspect element on the page to review its DOM structure for available elements and classes to style.
