Hi!

I try to find out to let a user decide if another user could send him an email.

I can use cb privacy where the user can switch the email field between public or private.

But when set to private there is still the message-menu-link in the menubar (see screenshot).

When I switch off email-links in configuration then all mail-links are gone, also if the user sets his mail-ffield to public.

Has anybody a solution for this?

CB Privacy can block the display of the field, but at this time can't block access to the email form or hide its CB Menu item. There's already a feature ticket to implement support for this in a future CB Privacy release.

Thx, at the moment I use a workaround: I use Ajax for profile-edit, so I have no need for the CB Menu (I switched off). That works for me so far.
