Copy Query Field to CB Feild across entire comprofiler table

6 years 3 months ago #305685 by matt@harrington.co.nz
Hello all,

Newbie here so please go easy!

I am using CSVI to run reports from Community Builder which works fine however I have a query field that I need to include in the export and the query fields are not available in the comprofiler table. I have setup a standard integer comprofiler field that updates whenever the user changes their details from the query field however I need a starting position so I can start running exports.

Is there a way I can trigger the auto action to run once for all users?

Thanks and regards, Matt.

Query fields are not stored in the database. It simply takes the result of your database query supplied to the field and displays it on profile. You'll need to include that query in your export query as a sub query if you want its results included in your export.

Yes, that's what the Internal Users trigger does. You'd then use the Internal Users URL provided in CB Auto Actions > Parameters to run all actions with the Internal Users trigger.
