Issue with User Lists

Issue with User Lists was created by nphic
Folks,

I'm having a problem with displaying my user lists. These lists have been running for years. I tried creating a new menu item to display one list, made the user list public and it renders a blank page. The url to this page is www.nphic.org/members-area/user-list . Any idea where I can look to resolve this problem?

Seams like a possible issue with your menu item it self. The component area is completely empty. If the userlist isn't accessible CB will at least have its surrounding div element, which isn't present. Are you sure you've correctly configured your menu item to point to a public and published CB userlist?

Thanks! Yes. I'm positive that the list and the menu item are public. The lists are actually Registered, so I had to change it to Public. When I created the menu item, I made it public. Not sure what the problem is here. I'll be happy to share credentials, if you want to look at it?

Are you able to access all other aspects of CB perfectly fine? Please retest with default Joomla protostar template and see if issue persists as I suppose it could be a problem with your templates component output.

Kyle,

CB and CBSubs works fine. I did switch to ProStar and the user list rendered fine. Any idea where I should start looking in my template? I haven't updated the template in awhile.

Are you using one of our templates or 3rd party? If 3rd party suggest contacting the developer or seeing if your template has an update available.
