Setting font size with Bootstrap 4

I have followed the conversations over the revised setup for font size in Bootstrap 4 (well, I've read them anyway). You supplied the following as a workaround solution:

html {
font-size: inherit !important;
}

Unfortunately no luck so far getting it to alter the small font size showing up in CB register etc, and I'm wondering about a pointer as to where it needs to go? I realise this varies according to the template folder structure, so apologies in advance. Help appreciated.

It needs to be applied to your entire site ideally so it should be added to whatever means of custom CSS your Joomla template supports. Otherwise you can try adding it to CBs template CSS override functionality below to at least apply it to pages where CB CSS is loaded.
