Did I install "CB conditional" correctly?

Hello, I just installed "CB conditional", it looks a bit different from what's in the tutorials video 2016, see below:




I tried it but it seems I can't fulfill the "hide another field" and "show another field" function at the same time because there is only one "display" bottom.
Also I didn't succeed with making a conditional field.

I am wondering if I installed "CB conditional "correctly?

The video you're referring to is 2+ years old. CB Conditional has come a long way since then. You can not configure a field to show and hide at the same time, but you can configuration as many AND or OR conditions as you like. So if you want to to show if Field A is Equal To 123 you'd configure that, but if you don't want it to show if Field B is Equal To 123 then you'd have the following for example.

Condition 1: Field A Is Equal To 123
Condition 2 (AND): Field B Is Not Equal To 123

Take the "favorite color" example in the video Nick made in 2016, I want to show the "other color text field", when the field of favorite color drop-down single selection EQUAL TO "others", and hide "other color text field" when the value of favorite color NOT EQUAL others. How would you configure it in the new version of CB conditional?

You'd add the following condition to your Other field in that case.

Display: Field conditional show
Field: cb_favoritecolor
Operator: Equal To
Value: other

If the Favorite Color field is set to other it will show the Other field (the field the condition is on) otherwise it'll be hidden.
