I have a doubt on the "moderate" function under the menu tab accessed in other profiles.
I have the following three options when entering menu tab of other profiles;
1. See my own profile
2. Send an e-mail to user
3. Moderate - i.e. send a report about the user profile....
Pretty sure I am missing something..
- Is it possible to edit which of these options I want to be visible? And where?
- If I send a report about the user, where can I find and respond to these reports?

Sorta. You can disable the option to send an email by adjusting "Email Handling" parameter in CB > Configuration > General. You can disable user reporting by adjusting the "Allow User Reports" parameter within CB > Configuration > Moderation. Beyond that no you can not change the menu items.
- If I send a report about the user, where can I find and respond to these reports?
A link will display in the CB Workflows module or you can create a Joomla menu item to the reports page directly by using menu type Community Builder > Moderate Reports.
