[SOLVED] Double Names in Header was created by huntrdog
I cannot figure out why my profile page has two names in the Header Name tab. I'm unable to unpublish formatname and name as they are required.

The "User Profile Page Title" tab is responsible for adding the formatname to the canvas layout. It looks like you created a tab called "Header Name", did you place it on the "Canvas Title" position? If so that'd explain the double name output.
