Latest CB build supports import/export of CB > User Management. Export a user to understand the structure so you can ensure your import is correctly structured the same. If you're not talking about importing the dealers as users then I'm unsure what to suggest.

I am talking about importing the dealers as users. Which is the way ti export a user frim las CD 2.3.0 version? I looked for it in menu but i did;t find it.

You should see download and upload icons in CB User Manager.
