Yes, using CB Auto Actions select the CB Menu type and be sure to set Triggers to onPrepareMenus. We've plans to add a backend to CB Menu in a future release for much easier menu management.

There are no Code/Query conditions in CB Auto Actions. Best you could do is try to use the format functions as explained under the Parameters tab. Aside from that you can try using CB Query Field or CB Code Field and condition against those fields in your auto action.
