My Account here in joomlapolis.com shows that my professional membership is still running
"Active, expiring on 2019/03/30"

for about 3 days I do not get free updates in joomla->cb plugins -> install from web.
all the buttons are labled with "BUY"

had this several times before. but normally just for some hours. now it's 3 days

The Install from Web page uses JSONP. This means it uses your existing login cookie to detect you're logged in at Joomlapolis across domains. Ensure you're logged into Joomlapolis then click the refresh link in the bottom right since we do cache Install from Web for 24 hours to avoid slamming our servers to HTTP requests. We'll be implementing a token system eventually so it won't have to depend on JSONP, which can be blocked by browser security extensions easily.
