When viewing all user's activity streams whether logged in as them or viewing the stream as a connected user, there are no connections showing in the relevant areas.
For example the stream shows a sentence like:
* liked this
or
* and * liked this
or
John Smith is now connected to *
Where * should be the connected users name.
Also, when viewing the member's list, it does the same. The list shows the profile picture and canvas but no username to click on. There is the last online, last updated and member since details.
Can you advise please? I have spent a full day attempting to rectify this situation but I am now totally stumped.
Many thanks.

When checking CB Privacy, all settings are set to their lowest privacy level, for example public. It’s the same for all user’s profile settings, nobody is set to anything other than public viewing.
If CB Privacy plugin is disabled, everything works as required.

Sounds like the formatname field was hidden which is used to output the users name outside of profile. Ensure it's on a tab that is public and published and ensure the field it self is set to display on profile and not protected by CB Privacy or CB Conditional.
