Ok so I have looked most of the day for an answer that I'm sure has probably been asked multiple times but I cannot find anything. Maybe I'm not using the proper search terms.
The mail icon on the profile page. I would like to be able to put that in a custom module so that I can put it in the nav menu or in other module positions on the website. I was able to do this with the globe to show notifications and id like to put the mail in the same place so users would see that they have messages without having to go to their profile page.
Sorry if this has been asked a million times. Maybe I'm just not searching the right thing.
