Is it possible to add CB AntiSpam to the page to block these spammers?

There's nothing for CB AntiSpam to do there. You already have captcha. You should disable "Send a copy to yourself" entirely as it's easily abused by spammers.

We've managed to install Google reCaptcha to the contact form using Joomla Configuration settings.
As per your recommnendation, we'll remove "Send a copy to yourself" for more safety
