[SOLVED] no profile Update

[SOLVED] no profile Update was created by carin
After updating from 2.1 to 2.4 the entire profile in the front end including the map is gone. Only the user image and canvas image are there but nothing underneath. Where did all the fields go and how do I get them back?

Guessing you've a fatal JS error causing the tab JS to fail. If you've any form of caching you need to be sure you're purging the cache after every update. If issue persists try switching to default Joomla protostar template and see if that resolves it. If not press F12 to open your browsers developer tools while viewing your profile then refresh the page. Next check the Console tab for any fatal errors (they'll be red).

1. clearing cache
2. switching to Protostar
3. open console: no JS errors

All these did not solve the problem. Whats next?

Have reviewed your install. First issue is your install was out of date so I've updated it for you. Please be sure to do this before sending credentials in the future. Second issue is your tabs in the canvas main middle position have the wrong display mode. I've fixed them to Tab Menu instead of incorrect "Div without Title" (which can't work in that position). Your tabs appear to be displaying fine now.
