The auto complete functionality is under Integrations > CB Code Field or Integrations > CB Query Field. It is only available to Text fieldtypes. Demos of its usage are available on our demo site for the country field.

cb_country is a demo of a standard select field. Take a look at cb_address_country which is a demo of a field created by Quickstart. It is using query autocomplete against the countries database table provided by CBSubs.
