Updates from backend not working was created by dbeezley
Ordinarily, I update from the backend. Today, it doesn't seem to recognize my membership as shown in the attachment below. I'm logged in with the joomla admin account I always use, but all the plugins are labeled "Buy". What do I do?

You need to be logged into Joomlapolis before viewing Install from Web. If you've viewed Install from Web before logging into Joomlapolis the tab content has already been cached as if you weren't logged in. To fix this simply use the Refresh link bottom right of the tab.

I was logged in at the time. However, it appears to be working now. Onward and upward...

Anytime you have that issue just be sure to try a refresh after logging into Joomlapolis and should clear up. In the future we'll have a token you'll be able to input directly into CB so it won't have to rely on you being logged in, etc..
