Delete them from CB > User Management. If you want users to be able to delete themselves you can use CB Privacy and its privacy_delete_me field. If you want to allow moderators to delete their own accounts then be sure to toggle on "Moderator Delete" in CB Privacy > Parameters > Delete Account otherwise moderators are not allowed to delete themselves.
