Folks,

I received a notification this morning from PayPal indicating that they are implementing a new Card Prevention module. I attached the notice for your review. It would be nice if CBSubs would handle this new result code by adding a new status in the basket and enabling an email message to be sent to the CBSubs admin that fraud was detected. Is this something CBSubs needs to address? I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Thanks,
Joe

CBSubs does not handle the fraud protection, it's not supposed to. That's for the merchant to handle. Simply enable it in your Payflow account and payments that are rejected will properly fail in CBSubs. A notification or history entry should be logged at CBSubs for why it failed. Payflow should be configurable to notify you.

We'll be releasing a new CBSubs build with 3-D Secure support in CBSubs PayPal Pro as well as User Authentication support (3-D Secure and more) for CBSubs Stripe.
