Template Selection for CB Blogs was created by MMDoege
Regarding CB Blogs plugin one may select a template once it is saved to components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbblogs/templates/

What type of template is expected here?
I don't think to have a full blown Joomla site template here.
On my wishlist actually would be to use Easyblog or RSBlogs as an component as both seem to map with CB's Avatars.

Thank you.

Navigate to the supplied directory and review the default template folder as that's the template files it expects. You can make a copy of the default template folder, rename it, select it as your CB Blogs template, then freely edit your template files to customize the display.

We've no integration with either of those.
