Is there a way to send out emails and simultaneously log in-house notifications using the activity plugin inside groupjive. We are still using groupjive wall because of the email function. Ideally we will switch to only in-house notifications, but our users are used to an email kicking out.
I have had some luck duplicating system actions to log notifications, but it seems to shut off the email notification. I would appreciate any help you can give to help me get this setup.
There's already a system action for that called "CB Groupjive - Stream Notification". It logs a CB Activity notification. If you want it to send an email or PM I suppose you could make a copy of that system action and change its action type to email or PM. It also has a built in condition against the cb_notif_group_stream field if it exists to disable the notifications. Unfortunately there's no per-group means of disabling the notifications at this time.
