All posts to activity fields should have assets specific to those fields. For example the asset for a activity field post should be something like profile.USER_ID.field.FIELD_ID so for example profile.42.field.100 and if I wanted to show every users posts for that field you'd use profile.%.field.100 for the Asset, but if I only want to see my posts for that field you'd use profile.[user_id].field.100.
Please be sure to read the description of the Asset parameter carefully. It goes into detail on exactly how to use it and provides examples. As for finding assets for your posts you can check their assets within CB Activity > Activity.
