Is it possible to download the CB Quickstart and make it a profile Template? YES

I have a complex profile template that I have made for different subscriptions and I would like the new CB Quickstart as a basic template and it they upgrade to a better subscription they get the custom profile template that I made.
How do I make it a profile template as easy as possible and still keep my CBuilder profile as is?

No, CB Quickstart isn't a template at all. It's a configuration. It reconfigures your installation.

That will not be possible as CB Quickstart is not a template. Sounds like you want to give features based off subscription though which CBSubs can already do with CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection by giving access to various fields and tabs based off subscription.

What about joomduck it can make a profile. I want a standard CB profile as a main member and then they can upgrade subscription to a new profile. using tabs protect. How does joomduck do it?

By Joomduck I assume you mean their CB Profile Pro? They're completely overriding a users profile output using the triggers we provide. As I understand it that extension is just running the content you provide through substitutions. I guess that could work if you can assign different profiles based off usergroup or if their extension supports substitutions. Sorry, we're not the developers of CB Profile Pro; I can't really advise you regarding its usage.

Don't understand what you're asking. You're trying to create a new CB template? Any specific reason as to why? The only reason to do that is to alter the core HTML, which shouldn't be necessary given the number of available tab positions to place your tabs and ultimately your fields. If you just need to recolor it use the Template Builder built into CB Template Changer; it has color selectors for all the major colors used by Bootstrap for easy changing.
