Add List to a Tab

Is there any way to add lists to tabs?

Display a userlist in a tab? No, it's not designed to be displayed inline. Best you could do is probably put it inside of an iframe using a Custom HTML field. You could also query for some users if you want a specific list of users displayed as a field using CB Query Field, but it'll have no paging or searching.

How do you get the custom HTML to show on the details or about? I notice that since I updated CB all old profiles do not show again, now shows about and on the HTML shows details, address... but the old profile fields do not show anymore. Is there any place that I can read about moving the old fields into about or details...? Thank you

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Old profiles? Sounds like you installed CB Quickstart and it reconfigured your install. CB Quickstart is just using various tabs and fields; you can move them around however you need within their respective management pages in backend (e.g. CB > Field Management).
