I have a few recurring subscriptions on CBSubs that no longer sync with stripe. Stripe charges the members credit card, but CBSubs marks the account as expired. What do I have to do to sync them back?

Also should I Use Stripe Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) ?
If so, is there any other API setup I have to do, or just clicking YES will do?

Thanks

When using recurring payments I highly suggest configuring a grace period. This gives time for failed payments, etc.. to retry safely before the subscription is forced to expire. You can force a subscription be active again by editing it in CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the Id column.

Entirely up to you.

Nope, just needs to be enabled if you choose to use it.

Yes, I have the grace period setup. These accounts are the ones from before I had it setup. When I open these account I find that the
AutoRenew Type is set to Manual, and the AutoRecurring type is set to Not Recurring.

I did change them back to Mandatory and Recurring with Notifications as it should be. Now I guess I have to wait until next month and see what happens.

Thanks,
