Ensure CB Gallery, CB Privacy, and CB Auto Actions are all installed, published, and up to date. Next within CB Auto Actions > System Actions publish the privacy system actions for CB Gallery. You should now see privacy controls for CB Gallery albums and media when editing them, uploading media, or creating new albums.
