Demosite template

I've bounced from template to template for the past 8 years or so. The challenge is finding a Joomla template that formats itself correctly for the CB profiles, userlists, etc., but also doesn't appear too "vanilla". I've finally settled on trying a combination of templates depending on the pages displayed.

My questions are:

What template is the demosite running?
What template is the joomlapolis.com using?
Do you have demos of each of the templates offered here on joomlapolis (Funlite, mycommunity, coolness, flexistrap)?

Only recommendations I have are if possible avoid templates with massive frameworks. A lot of them come with a ton of bells and whistles that slow down the page to an ungodly crawl or do things so strangely it's very difficulty to debug issues. Next I'd use a Bootstrap 4 template so you can turn off CBs Bootstrap 4 and have a consist styling automatically applied to CB.

Do you have demos of each of the templates offered here on joomlapolis (Funlite, mycommunity, coolness, flexistrap)?

At this time we do not, but they are installed on our demo site. Our template offerings will like be ending once Joomla 4 releases as there currently aren't plans to rewrite them for compatibility.

Would utilizing the Template Changer/Builder plugin be a possible solution? I looked into the Template Builder tutorial page but could not figure out how to get a custom template on the templates list.

CB Template Changer and its Template Builder is for CB templates. It does not provide Joomla templates.
