The images uploaded in the activities are visible only to the owners and administrators, despite the fact that privacy is set to public. How can I fix it? Thank you.
Are the images uploaded via CB Gallery? If so then the viewing user doesn't have access to that users profile gallery. Either the profile is inaccessible or the gallery tab is. The media could also be pending approval if you've moderator approval enabled for CB Gallery uploads.

I have not made any changes and all the elements are listed for public access, could I have an update that overwrites all the non-default settings, as regards the display of all the images visible on the public side? Thank you.
Sounds like CB Privacy if the owner and moderators can see them, but no one else can. Did you enable privacy controls for CB Gallery using the System Actions in CB Auto Actions? Quick check for this is to simply unpublish CB Privacy if it's installed and see if the gallery media is now visible to the public.

No changes were made to the system actions in CB Auto Actions.
I could not understand what had happened and in the end I restored the whole site a few days ago, Now it works, but could it still happen?
I've no idea. I don't know what changed to begin with, but it suggests an access permission issue of some kind and sounds to me like CB Privacy was blocking access. This could be privacy controls on the media itself, on the gallery tab, or their profile that'd all block access to profile gallery media.
