You can disable registration emails by clearing their subject and body within their respective parameters (Pending and/or Welcome) in CB > Configuration > Registration. If you're just wanting to disable emails temporarily you can disable them globally within Joomla mailer configuration or for CB specifically in CB > Configuration > Integrations using the "Send Emails" parameter.
