Hi Kyle:

I'm setting up acyba (acymailing) to send newsletters to subscribers based on CBsubs conditions. I did a couple successful runs.
Should I upgrade to the Enterprise Plan to get the most out of CB, or will the Essential Plan suffice?

I've no idea what you mean by this. You mean Developer subscription? You already have Professional and CBSubs so no you don't need a developer subscription. If you mean in regards to AcyMailing subscription I've no idea as we're not the developers of AcyMailing.
