We're not the developers of UddeIM. Please note you do not need UddeIM anymore. CB has built in private messaging. Simply publish the Private Message System plugin in CB > Plugin Management. You can create a Joomla menu item to your private messages using a Community Builder > Plugin menu type with Plugin set to Private Message System. If you still want to use UddeIM please post your issue to the below forums.
