CB Login and registration issues was created by mibert
Hi there,

I am facing problems on my website after some of the recent Comprofiler updates.
If I try to login through the CB Login Module, it leads me to a page "...index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=login&Itemid=2035" which gives me a "No access to this page" Error.

Same for Registration, after completing the registration, I am diverted to a page "...index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=saveregisters&Itemid=2031, with same ""No access to this page" Error.

If I try to login through the Kunena login menu, it works no problem.

Any idea, how to solve this issue? I am up to date with all my Comprofiler Version and Plugins.
Here is my site address:

Hi there,

the problem seems related to the activation of CDN on my server.
After deactivation, the problem was gone.

Is there any setting, which need to be changed under CDN operation or should I forget about using CDN Services.

Thanks in advance for your advise

Best regards

Michael

Shouldn't have anything to do with a CDN unless it's some sort of cloud caching for the entire site. Access denied while accessing a menu item is entirely handled by Joomla review the menu items with ids of 2031 and 2035 as shown above as the Itemid in your URLs and be sure their Access is set correctly to Public. You'd need to provide the full error being shown to you for me to suggest anything further; preferably a screenshot of the error.

Hi Krileon,

thanks for your kind advise.
In fact both menu IDs 2031 and 2035 are public items, so this can not be the issue.

I will try the CDN setup again and send you the Error codes shortly.

Best regards and have good start into a happy 2021

Michael
