Site Key issue was created by silbano
Why do I keep getting the following message after making CB updates? Please provide me with a solution.

The supplied Site Key does not appear to be valid or has been disabled by administration. Your Site Key is domain strict and must match the domain provided by Joomla exactly, which would be your live_site value " www.church-of-christ.org ". Please supply a valid Site Key within your Community Builder configuration then.

Are you accessing your site exactly as your site key has specified for the domain? For example if your site key is for the domain with www and you access it without www then your site key domain won't match and you'll see that. If you believe it does match try clearing Joomla cache and retrying.

I've been getting this error lately as well on some sites. I open a new tab and log in, but that doesn't seem to resolve it after I click your grey refresh button.

But now I can't even find where to enter the website to your website where I initially got the site keys - did you remove the menu link under support? I simply can no longer find where to look up my sites and get the key.

Site Key is been configured in CB > Configuration > Integrations. As for managing your site keys on Joomlapolis you can visit the below page, which is accessed from our downloads page.

www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/site-keys

You can also manage your site keys directly on your profile under the Site Keys tab to the right of the Download History tab.

Site keys are domain specific. If the domain doesn't match the site key will be rejected. We have to do this to prevent site keys from being shared with multiple domains. We may change this behavior in the future, but for now it's enforced.
