[SOLVED] Error when adding new user was created by kautrand
Installed "Export Community Builder Users to Excel/CSV file" from UKR Solution on my website. After installing when I try and add a New User thru CB I get the following error:

0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (mm/dd) at position 0 (m): The timezone could not be found in the database

I have run all the Database Tools from CB.

We're not the developers of that. Uninstall it and see if your issue goes away. CB has built in import/export directly in CB > User Management on the right side at the top of the table (upload/download arrows).

Yes I know you are not the developer. I Uninstalled and still get the same database error. Any Ideas where I can fix the data base?

You've an invalid datetime format somewhere. No idea where without a full callstack of the error. Recommend checking all your Date and DateTime fields in CB > Field Management and under Parameters if using a custom format ensure you're using a valid format.
