Session Expired or Cookies not Enabled in your browser on sign up

Hi,

Occasionally when people try to sign up to our site they're getting the "Session expired or cookies not enabled" error popup. I've looked at a few old posts on here for a solution, and after disabling the Joomla "System - Page Cache" plugin, it appears to have solved this issue.

However I remember seeing a post on here which said that having System - Page Cache enabled should not cause this error any more.

Just wondering if there's a fix for this? I'd like to re-enable the system cache for better page speeds but don't want to right now as it seems to be the causing the error?

We only clear page cache issues directly on CB pages. Joomla page caching should not be used on any page containing an HTML form as it will break CSRF tokens. You can use Joomla caching, but in most cases you should not use page caching. You can add exclusions to Joomlas page caching plugin as well if you know which pages or components contain HTML forms.
