New users do not receive a message YOUR_REGISTRATION_IS_PENDING_APPROVAL_MESSAGE so that they can approve their email adresses. It seems that they receive such message if the website makes use of PHP 7.3, but they don't receive a message if the website makes use op PHP 7.4.
Could someone tell me what's going on, and how i can solve this problem?
Ensure your site is completely up to date when switching to PHP 7.4. This includes latest build of CB and any plugins you may have installed. We've completely tested CB up to PHP 8.0 so it's unlikely to be a CB related bug but like something in the PHP configuration. If issue persists check server error logs to see if there's any errors being logged during registration.

Hmmm.... Joomla, CB and all plugins are upgraded to the latest version. I will contact the hosting company and ask if they can help me. I hope that this become not a runaround example ....
