[#8562] Why "HTTP" is banned in URL field? was created by jabba84

Hello! Maybe i'm missing something. If i create a new field and set as type "web address" in parameters -> validation i get a list of banned words with "http" and "https" inside, so when a user register and insert a url he get an error.

I have to remove it manually or i'm missing something in the configuration?

Just a bad default configuration. Remove http: and https: from that parameter. Have added a bug ticket to fix.
