Hi, I have a few articles on my Joomla CB site that I would like to remove the Comment field and Like button from, see attached image.

Does anyone know how to switch these options on and off?

Thanks.
Andy.

Navigate to Extensions > Plugins and edit "Content - CB Activity" next click the "Comments" tab and set "Comments" to "Disable". Do the same for the "Likes" tab by setting "Likes" to "Disable". This will disable commenting and likes for Joomla articles. If you just want to exclude specific articles then under the "Comments and Likes" tab you can use the "Exclude Articles" parameter to supply a list of article ids to exclude.

I defiitely do something wrong here, but to me when I click on "Comments" I see a bunch of other tabs and not just a button to Enable/Disable. Same applies for "Likes" tab.

Even when I go to Display and Create tabs to turn Comments to Disable, I can still see the Comment box and Like button within my Article.

Here is the article after I have turned off Comment-Display and Comment-Create buttons.

Moreover, the translation of the button is wrong. It should be "Μου αρέσει" which is "Like" (I like it) rather than "Μοιάζει" which means "It looks like".

You're editing the CB Activity plugin in CB > Plugin Management. You need to edit CB Activity content plugin. It can be found in Extensions > Plugins as "Content - CB Activity".

Sometimes too many hours on the screen make some words ("Extensions" in this case) disappear, even if you read them 100 times!

False alarm, apologies...

P.S. Translation of "Like" button should be changed though
