On the user menu; I have

View Your Profile
Send Private Message
Manage Your Connections
Request Connection

How do I add
'report a user'
'Block a user'

On super user account, how do I add block user?

'report a user'

Ensure user reporting is enabled in CB > Configuration > Moderation. This won't be available to moderators as moderators can just directly act upon users.

'Block a user'

Depends on how you're trying to block them. If you're wanting to block their account as a moderator then you'd use CB AntiSpam. If you want to allow users to block other users from viewing their profile or PMing them you'd use CB Privacy.

Something strange is going om with my CB

Report a user is on but not coming up on the frontend, same as anti-spam

You have "Moderator View Access Level" set to "Public". You're effectively making every user on your site a CB Moderator. Do not do this and change that to something more strict like Special or even a custom view access level with just the usergroups selected that you want to have moderator permissions.

User reporting is not available to moderators as explained above they can take direct action and since everyone is a moderator with your settings you don't see the user reporting feature.
